Hi there, and thank you for visiting my website! My name is Bryce Padilla and I am a mortgage broker specializing residential real estate loans.

From a young age real estate has always been an interest of mine, which is what led me to a career in the mortgage industry. While finishing my Bachelors Degree at Cal Poly Pomona I began working for a highly successful commercial real estate brokerage team at Marcus & Millichap and then CBRE. After graduating with my BA (Finance, Real Estate, Law) I was presented with an opportunity to become a loan originator being mentored by a 30 year veteran and top producer. I was fortunate to work under multiple top producing loan originators for the first few years of my career as I have been able to assist on the closing of +/- $500 million in loans gaining valuable experience that otherwise would have taken a whole lifetime to amass.

As an independent mortgage broker I have relationships with a plethora of different lenders. This allows me to ensure that we are offering clients access to every imaginable loan program while also providing the most competitive interest rate options. As a lifelong resident of Southern California, I am familiar with the different markets and am experienced with the unique financing solutions that need to be utilized in certain situations. When I am not behind the computer working on loans, I can be found enjoying the best parts of California outdoors. I am an avid snowboarder, surfer, and have become slightly obsessed with golf in recent years.
